the title changes for Strategic Finance & Management Accounting.  It isn't

Thanks very much for pointing this out.  I have received one other note
on this general subject, but it was not nearly as informative.  I will
pass your note on to the right people, but believe the following is
close to the right answer:

Strategic Finance is, in fact, a continuation of Managment Accounting
(same magazine, different name).
The "New" Management Accounting will have a somewhat different name
(such as "The Journal of Management Accounting").
In any case, I will ask somebody to get back to you with the whole
story.
