I did receive a 75:6 dated Jul/Aug 1997 - but I did not receive it until
12/97 - not sure if it was a claim or not.  When I get mad enough I
sometimes call the editor of the journal and tell him/her that our patrons
want this issue but that we cannot get a copy through the channels -
sometimes it works!
