Subject: Puzzling Citation

I've noticed those strange page numbers in several of our nursing journals
such as Nursing, Nursing Times & RN.  I wonder if subscribing  as an
'institution' instead of 'individual' allows for the 'bonus' pages.  Our
older Nursing issues were donated, so, alas, no extra pages; but our current
issues have them.
