email to  LISTSERV@SUN.READMORE.COM
leave subject line blank
in the message section, type in :  subscribe backserv yourfirstname lastname

Warning:  this is a very active listserv.  I created a backserv folder for
all incoming messages (I use Lotus Notes email) and the very first day, I
had over 60 messages.  I posted some duplicates and within an hour, got
takers for all of them!
