According to their web page, the issues should be as follows, with
this info on the spine:

#19 - October 5, 1998 (Automotive technology, materials, etc.)
#20 - October 19, 1998 (Motion control, telecommunications, etc)
#21 - November 2, 1998 (CAD/CAE, electronics, seals, etc)
#22 - November 16, 1998 (Motion control, metals, gaskets, etc)
#23 - December 7, 1998  (Best new products of the year, etc)
#24 - December 24, 1998  (DN 100, connectors, motorcycles)

My vendor sent me the following(from the publisher):#21 dated 11/2/98    #22
dated 11/16/98  did have error inside saying #23.     #23 Best Product of
Year 12/7/98   and    #24 12/21/98.
 also, OEM Directory which is supplement of V.22.
