changed title to Communication : journalism education today (OCLC
#38542839).  Before becoming C: JET, however, the title was
Communication : journalism education today (OCLC #2104409).
Shouldn't this most recent title be qualified?  It is not qualified
in the OCLC record.  Please advise if this is an error, and if it is,
what would be the means of correcting the record.
