At the University of Connecticut Libraries we receive most of
our subscriptions through Blackwell U.S/U.K. and often refer to
their online product "serials connect .blackwell.co.uk" for
cessations and title changes, as well as information about journals
received as a result of a subscription to another journal.  According
to their database "this journal ceased publication from February
1997" so it would appear that you have the last issue published.
