Re: Statistics for Electronic journals

We keep statistics for all electronic journals - report them in two
separate groups - the ones that duplicate print, and ones that are
electronic only (Elseiver, Academic, etc).
In reporting total periodical titles we add the print number to the
electronic only number.
In reporting total periodical titles available electronically we add
the total that duplicates print to the total of electronic only. (We do
not count full text titles in index/abstract databases like EbscoHost.

Hi folks,
I would like to find out how libraries are keeping statistics for all
electronic journals that are available free with print subscriptions and
others that are available electronically only. For print titles we keep
elaborate stats for gifts, exchanges, purchases, new additions,
cessations, cancellations etc. If libraries acquire package plans like
Academic Press or ABI inform how do we keep statistics. If anyone has
started this process please let me know. Any assistance or advice greatly
appreciated.
Thanks
