Subject: Negro History Bulletin revisited

Last spring (May 1997) there was a discussion on this list about this
title, and late or unpublished issues.  At that time, someone said he/she
had called the publisher and was told that vol. 59 #1-3 was to be
published as a compilation and could be expected between Dec. 1997 and
Feb. 1998.

Has anyone actually received this compilation, or these issues?
