Subject: Holding Lists--Merging

    At Niagara University, we currently have a three-part printed holdings
list for our periodicals. Our own paper and microform holdings are in the
first list; Proquest Direct and EbscoHost holdings are in two other
color-coded lists.

    We would like to have one unified list with information about our own,
Proquest, EbscoHost, and Lexis/Nexis holdings.  We are attempting to use
Microsoft Access to build the list, but we need help in merging these four
lists.

    Has anyone had any experience in doing such a unified list, or in
merging these holdings lists?
