Since the rules say that statements of responsibility grammatically
connected to title (such as "Chilton's" and "Cahner's") must be
treated as part of the title, you really do have have two title
changes. Adding a 246 for "Motor age" should get all 3 entries on
the screen at once to those who ask for it by this title. I know
it's a pain, but I think it's best to follow the rules -- unless
you're willing to keep track of all the exceptions you've made --
and that can be quite a pain, too.
