Just in case others missed this last spring :

        College English  Issn:0010-0994

has changed its publication schedule from 8 issues per
year to six issues on a school year schedule starting with
September.

Thus vol. 60 had only 4 issues in 1998.
Vol. 61 started with September 1998.

Don't we just love these people who change their
publication patterns ?
