Ever since Instructor split into Primary and Intermediate editions we have
been trying to acquire subscriptions to both with very little success.

I finally had an opportunity to examine a copy of each.  I discovered that
the only difference between the two editions is the cover.  All the content
is the same.  Have I been missing something?  Has everyone else always
known this?
