Hello,

I am posting this for a collegue who does not subscribe to this list.  He
has in hand the Sept. 1998 issue of Tiger Beat magazine, with an ISSN of
0042-4492, and the publisher is listed as Sterling & McFadden Partners.
The inside cover has "TV and Movie Screen Presents Tiger Beat" and the
outside cover says "Tiger Beat."

He has searched OCLC's Union List of Periodicals, as well as LC MARC, and
that particular ISSN does not occur, and he cannot locate a correct MARC
record for this ISSN and publisher. He has also tried EBSCO's _Librarian's
Handbook_ and could not locate it.  Could anyone shed any light on this
issue for him?
