Subject: efforts to inform patrons on e-journal restrictions

Most licenses for electronic journals require the library to exercise
efforts to inform authorized users of the restrictions on use of the
licensed material. What have other libraries done to comply with this? Have
you put a note on the library web page that outlines restrictions and
terms, etc.? If anyone could share a sample of such a note, or what they
have done to comply with this requirement, I would be greatly appreciative.
