Subject: address changes

        Hello,
        We acquire by donation the Academy of Management Executive.  The
bib record we have for this gives an Ada, Ohio address for this publication
in the 265.  However, in the most recent issue we have (Feb 1998) the
headquarters of the Academy of Management is a Briarcliff Manor, NY address.

        So, do I just edit the existing record to reflect this new address?
My urge is just to go in and do this. If not, what should I do?

        Also, immediately after the address listed in the publication is an
e mail address, and Web address for the pub.  I have followed the discussion
on the 856 tags as far as access to the journals themselves, but should this
e mail address be included anywhere in the 265 or elsewhere, for the sake of
being able to reach the publisher easily?

        These are probably silly questions an experienced serials cataloger
could answer easily, but I'm not sure.  If anyone has any ready advice,
please let me know.
