Subject: Punch arriving damaged

We are having an ongoing problem with the condition of Punch upon its
arrival in the library, and I wonder if anyone else is experience this and
has tracked down the source of the problem.

By the time the issues arrive for receipt the cover is split into two halves
down the spine resulting in 2 loose covers.  It appears to us that the cover
is VERY aggressively folded and we suspect that it is just too weak to
survive even the opening in our mail room.

I'm prepared to write the publisher, but wanted to confirm that this is not
just a problem due to something weird we're doing when we open the mail.
