Hello, Friends.  As many of you know, the CONSER Program is celebrating
its 25th birthday this summer.  I am gathering much deserved
congratulations from all of us who have benefited from their work.  If
you would like to send birthday greetings or testimonials to CONSER,
please send me a letter or message with the text of your greeting or
testimonial.  I will compile all of the letters and messages and send
