Subject: Horticulture volume numbering

We are ready to bind Horticulture.  The volume numbering was consistent up
through volume 74 in 1996.

Then in 1997 it skipped to volume 94.
1998 is volume 95.

Does anyone know why?  How are you handling the volume numbering?
