Subject: Irish materials vendors

Would anyone be able to recommend a vendor (or some other
approach) for getting serial publications from Ireland?  We
try to collect "everything" Irish at Boston College, but
generally have a difficult time in getting serial
publications, especially Parlimentary debates and other
Irish government type publications.  Any help on this would
be appreciated.
