Thanks to the many persons who responded with information regarding this
apparent change in publisher - which indeed it is, from Duke University to
Blackwells.

The ISSN was misprinted inside the journal, but correctly printed on the
back cover.  It has also changed from a quarterly to a bi-monthly.
