Yes, the ISSN in the first Blackwell issue (v.66 no.1, 1998 Feb) is a typo:
should have been 0022-3506, as with the earlier publisher.  I got a phone
message back from Blackwell on Friday verifying that.

I intend to continue to use the existing OCLC record, unless and until that
record's changed and a new one added.
