Our library uses the supplier International Microforms for several of out
journal titles.  We are having a little problem contacting them or getting
them to respond to us.  Are any of you having such a problem and if so how
are you solving it?  Can anyone tell me an easy way to get in touch with
these people or to at least have them acknowledge that I have contacted
them.  I leave messages on machines and try e-mail address.  No luck.  Any
help would be appreciated.
