Here at Sims Memorial Library, we subscribe to Phylon through a vendor.
The last we received was V 49 1/2 1992.  It has been claimed through our
vendor several times and the response we get is that it is temporarily
suspended.

Publisher has not published for a number of years but has not
made a decision to cease publishing the title per UMI (27june97)

        When we contact the publisher each year we are told
that Phylon hasn't ceased but they don't know when they
will publish the next issue--for what that's worth.
