     With a list price of $4,399 for a one year subscription (according
to EBSCO's 1998 Serials Directory), it would be a wonder if any library
could afford this journal publised by MCB Publications, ISSN #0143-5124.

     No wonder lots of universities with MLS programs do not subscribe to
this journal.  A number of the US libraries listed on OCLC as owning this
have cancelled it years ago!

     Good luck in locating this within your preferred time frame.
