It's not the same as being there, but Serials Review, v.23 no.4 (Winter
1997) will include a report from the ESI held in Washington DC last
September.  This issue is not yet published, so don't start claiming it!
Look for it around May 1998.

The report will appear in the column: Serials Spoken Here: Reports of
Conferences, Institutes and Seminars which I edit.
