I keep the email addresses of all dept. chairs, deans, and other
interested parties in a PINE address book. Since I am the person at the
HSL who updates our ejournal WEB pages, I send a message to those on my
list to notify them of additions/deletions, etc.  and ask that they share
this info with their staff.

We also will publish important information on ejournals in our library
newsletter, which is published 3x/year.  It seems to work out well so
far.
