Subject: WEST AFRICA

Any word from any source on what is happening with
WEST AFRICA?  I still haven't received anything since
issue 4127 with the Dec 2'96 cover date.  Since this
library will be changing vendors with the new year, I
would like to tidy up as many loose ends as possible,
and this is one long loose end.
