Subject: Problems with "Scanning microscopy"

Hello,

Does anyone have any inside knowledge to the publication schedule of:
 Scanning microscopy, published in AMF O'Hare, Ill. by Scanning
Microscopy International, ISSN 0891-7035?
We were informed that their publication schedule is late but
forthcoming, but we are not able to get anything after vol. 9, 1995.
Our 1996, 1997 and 1998 payments have been cashed.
Does any other library have a subscription to this elusive journal?
Have you been able to obtain anything after 1995?
