Technical Services at Cornell University, and Mary Elizabeth Clack, Serial
Records Team Leader/Staff Development Officer at Harvard University.

Part I
Technological and organizational changes are a way of life for most
academic libraries these days. How do we manage during seemingly constant
change in the technical services environment? How do we help staff
navigate change that impact their jobs? Presenters will discuss these
issues from the perspectives of technical services managers and a staff
development officer.

Part II
Attendees will have an opportunity to continue discussion of these issues
in small groups focusing on technology, reorganization, outsourcing, or
staff development.
