Hi Michal:

Although I don't have the publisher's address, I would like you to know
that you are not the only one having a trouble with this subscription. I
assume that you have not seen any issue of the title for a long time (just
like me).  I received the response from our vendor recently and hope that
will give you a clue. (see attached message). Good luck!

Hi Xiaoyan:

We have many clients claiming these issues.  The result has been the same
with with all claims, the publisher will not respond to any claims.
 According to our records, you were never charged for 1997 and so far we
have not paid for 1998.  My personal opinion is that if this title has not
published anything since the 1992 issue and the publisher is not responding
to claims, I think you may want to consider canceling this title.  Please
advise.
