Our library is currently using the VTLS (release 92) serials
module but would like to explore other serials modules.  We
have seen demos of Innovative and Sirsi.  I would be interested to
know whether anyone is familiar enough with all three vendors to make
a comparison...such as strengths and weaknesses of each.

We are a community college with approx. 3,200 FTE and a head count of
approx. 5,000.  We check in 610 titles which equal approx. 9,600
items per year  (manual estimate based on frequency and includes 8
daily newspapers.)

I currently maintain 3 databases for serials:  our VTLS serials
module, our union listing with the state, and a database to let me
create reports (FilePro).  I would like to have an online vendor that
would let me create reports EASILY with what I already maintain in
the serials module.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
