Our records show that People Management (oclc #32053956) was formed by the
union of Personnel Management (oclc #1782151), Personnel Management Plus
(oclc #28909813), Training & Development (no oclc # on record) and
Transition (oclc #13443299) in 1995, and started with volume 1.  Personnel
Managment ceased with v.26, no.12, Dec. 1994.  However, we are still
receiving issues for Training & Development, ISSN 1055-9670.  The last
issue we received was v.51, no.10, Oct. 1997 on 10-21-97.

Perhaps Tricia is receiving a different "Training and Development" than
we are - although the numbering sounds the same.  We are receiving
the publication of The American Society for Training and Development.
Last issue we received was Oct. 1997 on Oct. 20, 1997.  We've heard
nothing about a title change.

Tricia - as far as I am aware, Training and Development has not ceased or
changed.  I have in hand the October 1997 issue, v51n10.  Can anyone shed
