Subject: Electronic Journal Lists & evaluation

My paper posted at http://www.etsu.edu/medlib under the "What's
New" section does cover evaluation of electronic journals in a
very abstract way. Some of you may find it interesting.. and if
you have feedback I'd love to hear from you. The topic is
which format, paper or electronic, is better.

It was presented at Southern Chapter of the Medical Library
Association's meeting this October.

The paper is in fairly rough format still & needs more work. At
the very end there is a list of electronic resources for places
that have many electronic journals or collect such resources.
The annotations beneath each of the URLs is taken directly from
the web site.

Those of you who're interested in how peer review might work
should check out Global Health Network's homepage & review their
paper. There is a URL for this paper in my paper, near the end.

Hope that's of interest & that it proves useful.
