This is just a note to those of you who may subscribe to the journal
Clinical EEG electroencephalography (ISSN 0009-9155).  This journal is
normally published with four issues each year, in January, April, July, and
October.

We have discovered that the October 1996 issue (v. 27, no. 4) was mistakenly
numbered the same as the previous issue (July 1996, v. 27, no. 3), thus
causing us and probably many others to treat it as a duplicate issue, and
then make a claim for the "missing" issue.  An explanatory note will likely
accompany a future issue to let everyone know of this error.
