Crystal,
   Though I couldn't locate our copy of Lydia Kellerman's Index to Readex
microfilm collection of early American newspapers, that guide published by
Readex (1990) and another by the same author/year but published by the
Pennsylvania State Library, Index to Readex micro-opaque collection of
early American newspapers, are listed on OCLC.  The guides are
associated with the Penn. Newspaper Project or at least with its staff.
Both are held by a fair number of libraries.

I don't know whether the guides contain complete holdings but expect they
would.  We don't have the collection itself.
