Hi,
 The responses that we at Albert Einstein College of Medicine received
regarding vol. 10 of Scanning Microscopy: in early May 1997 we were told
that the publisher should start shipping in June and will eventually
catch up; in July we were told, soon.  Sometime in August I tried all
the phone numbers in the last issue and only one had voice mail. No one
returned my call. I understand from our dealer that the checks have been
cashed.  Hmmm.
