Dear Serialisters:

Has anyone received an issue of Studies in Interreligious Dialogue later
than v.6:1 of 1996? It's published in the Netherlands by Kok Pharos &
distributed in the US by Orbis Books.  Our vendor says the publisher
never cashed their checks so they did a "stop pay", credited us & left
us hanging.
