Florence - I've been wanting to thank you for your SERIALST posting last
week (**or maybe even earlier than that**) about the mysterious issue #6
of the Journal of Nursing Education this year.  I had claimed it on Sept.
29th through the automated claims system that our agent provides, & still
have heard nothing that way.  Now at least I have asked my subscription
agent (a human being, not a computer) to look into the matter for me.

While I share your frustration with publishers who do not provide
information until we press them, I am grateful to you for YOUR generous
relaying of information to everyone on this wonderful list.  - Natalie
