I checked our copy of this journal, and ours too was bound out of
sequence. I phoned Customer Service at 800-843-6356 and was told this was
the first they had heard of this problem. The Customer Service
representative who helped me, Marianne Barra, asked that I return our
issue. They are sending a replacement copy.
