I noticed that the records we have in Leo (OCLC #32279915 #33393428) are
still open, which is okay, since the combined issue is a one time exception.

Recently I have added a note of the combined volume in the Dutch
national bibliographic description, but no new record is or was
needed in my humble opinion.
