Regarding union listing -- online subscriptions:  The Tennessee Union
List of Serials urges its participants to place only those titles
that have NO interlibrary loan restrictions on them in the Tennessee
Union List of Serials, since we believe that the basic function of
union lists are to serve as tools for interlibrary loan services.
However, the questioner's thoughts on listing the titles with the
exception statement of "access available onsite only" is a good one,
especially if the participants in the union list are in close
geographic proximity and library users could easily travel to the
other locations.
