I'm sure this question has come up before, but I'm just checking for any
new solutions or ideas.

Are libraries listing electronic subscriptions in their union listings? If
so, how?

We are canceling paper subscriptions to several titles and instead will be
obtaining them full text online.  Licencing will not allow us to fill
interlibrary loan requests for these online articles.  I am wondering what
is most useful for other libraries, closing the holdings with the end of
the paper subscription, since ILL requests can not be honored, or making a
note that copies of articles from these journals must be made on site?

I am posing this question to our local consortium,  but wondered how
others have dealt with this.
