Subject: Cataloging query

Hi everyone,

     Our Federal Publications Dept. has just sent me the latest copy of
"Projects & Experiments" from the National Library Service for the Blind
and Physically Handicapped as a problem and

     On the front next to the caption it say "Replaces News (ISSN
1046-1663) so I thought that it was a title change, but on the inside it
is still called "News".
