In July, I sent a message to the publisher of Technology & Learning
because the Summer 1997 issue had no vol/issue numbering.  They have never
responded.

Since I can find no record of having received a "Summer" issue before, I
can't just automatically give it the next number.  In previous years, the
volume ended with May/June and the next issue was September--which began a
new volume.  We got the May/June 1997 issue, so this one doesn't replace
that.

Does anybody know what the vol/issue # is for this issue?
