So, after having followed all the messages relating to WEST AFRICA, what
will it take for non-Blackwell's libraries to get those back issues?
Somehow the quoted comment * Blackwell's was told that WEST AFRICA will not

>to bode no good for the rest of us who have been claiming this title to no
