I think that you should contact the staff of the Oklahoma Newspaper Project;
I believe this project is based at the Oklhahoma Historical Society.  These
state projects are under the United States Newspaper Project (we finished
ours in Arkansas) and the projects usually include searching out newspaper
holdings throughout the state, cataloging newspapers in OCLC, and
microfilming newspapers to preserve them.  It may be that a cataloger
working for the project can catalog these titles for you in OCLC or give
you advice about the Newspaper Format (this has some differences from the
Serials Format).
