Dear Sue,

We received our copy last week. Our issue has Vol. 24, no. 2 1996 on the
contents page and a sticker on the front which says the same.

So, yes it looks like there has been an error on the front cover of the issue.
It is definitely vol. 24, no. 2 (1996).
