Subject:      International studies in educational administration

We have received an issue of this title numbered on the cover "Volume
25, no. 1 for 1997". On the contents page it is numbered "Volume 24, no.
2 1996" which is the volume we expected to receive. Does anyone know if
the numbering has changed, or is this an error on the cover?
