In case you haven't figured it out yet, this double issue only carries the
number for August 25.  I called Kathy Jurgens (609-426-5655) and she
confirmed there will not be an issue published with #3540, which would
have been August 18.  The next issue due to be published will be September
1 and it will have the issue number #3542.
